“The owner, Chuck, is super nice, very honest and reliable. It really is a family owned business as opposed to some of the chains who seem to use subcontractors. Every time they have been at our house, it has either been Chuck or his son, Scott. The only issue we ever had was that one time the carpet was sopping wet and still had not dried after two days--we called them and they came right back and re-did the whole thing.”
